How to create contract?

From your home page, go to the menu bar.

Scroll to the bottom of the menu bar, select the plus icon.

Select "ADD PROJECT".

OR,

From your home page, go to the menu bar.

Click on "WORK".

Click on "CONTRACTS".

Select "ADD CONTRACTS".

Add contract as instructed in the contract form.

Client - Select the client from your client record.

Subject- Fill in the "Must be present elements" such as the offer, acceptance, consideration, and legality.

Amount (NPR) - Fill in the estimated cost as per your project.

Contract Type - Add or select contract type (cost-plus contract/ unit price contract/cost re-imbursement contract).

Start date - Fill in the date on which the contract is fully executed.

End date - Fill in the date on which the contract shall come to an end.

Select if your contract doesn?t have an end date.

Contract Name - Fill in the contract?s name.

Alternate Address - Fill in the client?s alternate address.

Mobile - Fill in the client?s mobile number.

Office Phone Number - Fill in the client?s office number.

Fill in the city, state, and postal code.

Summary - Summarise the contract.

Notes - Fill in the note with any additional information or messages.

Upload the company?s logo.

Click on "SAVE"
